The first step to accessing free Wi-Fi on Delta Air Lines is logging in, so our team wanted to focus data analysis on login fallouts and find design solutions.


I utilized Quantum Metric and Qualtrics to research and identify at least two key friction points in the Delta Wi-Fi portal log-in process then create multiple UX design solutions to each. By presenting to executives and leaders, my research got me a place on the 2026 company roadmap and some enhancements were released in August.

Designing at Delta with real business analytics was so much fun - it made me realize that I love design backed by data. Additionally, my team was wonderful and they supported me in every way! Learning a new tool, Quantum Metric, shows my fast-technical learning skills, and I'm grateful to be able to apply data analyzing skills to my design breadth.

I also presented to multiple groups, totaling to 50+ people (including an executives' meeting)!
